BIOGRAPHY
Irenka Kudlicki is a Polish born, American artist who lives and works as a full time painter in California. Irenka's work can be described as powerful, bold and vibrant art. Building multiple layers of paint, scraping and re-working the surface reflects her joy of discovering new stories for the viewer. She works primarily with acrylic, graphite, oil pastels, and collage.

ARTIST STATEMENT
For me, painting is a voyage of discovery. My work reflects the places I visit and the colors, and shapes I find along the way. With my work, I encourage the viewer to explore their own perception to provoke thought and conversation. My work is a tool for self-discovery.
